Checkout providers
Digital purchases are currently completed through Gumroad. Information needed to complete that purchase is processed by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy. Any future physical-book payment provider will process payment data directly; we do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
Storage and retention
We retain order and accounting information for as long as required by applicable law. Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up.
Your rights

Purchases and use
Orders
Product presentation is an invitation to order. Your order becomes binding when you submit the final payment step. We send an electronic confirmation to the email address provided. We may cancel orders affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailability, obvious technical or pricing errors, or delivery restrictions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs. The displayed price includes applicable Swiss VAT where required. Payment methods and any applicable charges are shown before the order is submitted.
Digital ebook
The ebook is supplied electronically and grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use one copy for private purposes. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share or commercially exploit the file. Once delivery or access has begun, digital purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Purchasing a book does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights. The content may not be reproduced, uploaded, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence.
Applicable law
Swiss substantive law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, the competent courts at the registered seat of Luciano Cimmarrusti GmbH in Zürich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. The CISG is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
05 · Shipping & returns
Physical book delivery
Physical books are currently shipped within Switzerland only. Shipping is included in the displayed CHF 29.– price. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by postal services, weather, strikes, technical failures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not create liability for delay.
Returns and damaged deliveries
For purchases governed exclusively by Swiss law, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
If your book arrives materially damaged, contact info@lucianocimmarrusti.com within 14 calendar days of receipt with your order number, a description and clear photographs of the book and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved. Please do not return anything before receiving instructions.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable, which may include replacement or refund.
